Admission Form

1. Admission forms can be collected from the school office/website during working hours.
2. All details must be filled in carefully and correctly. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Eligibility

1. Admission is open to boys and girls of all communities, subject to availability of seats.
2. Minimum age for admission in Pre-Primary/Primary will be as per government norms.

Documents Required (to be submitted along with the form)

1. Birth Certificate (attested copy)
2. Previous School’s Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
3. Progress Report / Marksheet of the last class attended
4. Passport-size photographs of the student
5. Caste certificate (If eligible)
6. Aadhaar Card of student, father and mother
7. Health certificate including blood group, weight and height.

Admission Test & Interaction

1. Students seeking admission from Class I onwards may have to appear for an entrance test in English, Mathematics, and General Awareness.
2. Parents and students may be called for an interaction/interview.

Fee Payment

1. Admission will be confirmed only after the payment of the prescribed admission fee and submission of all required documents.
2. Fees once paid are non-refundable.

General Rules

1. Submission of the form does not guarantee admission.
2. The school reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reason.
3. All admissions are subject to school rules and regulations.
